Charlotte Elena Bloomfield

Charlotte Bloomfield, 75, of Independence, Kansas, passed away on November 15, 2025. She was born on June 5, 1950, in Greenville, Mississippi, to Spencer and Annie Jenkins, who preceded her in death.

She is survived by her children, Shawn Bloomfield and spouse Amy Bloomfield, and Kelly Seepersad and spouse Andy Seepersad; her grandchildren Madison, Tylar, Easton, Cal, and Mallory; and her great-grandchildren Wesley, Miley, Tatum, and Milo.

Charlotte was known for her humor, her occasional flair for drama, and her readiness for a spirited debate about Donald Trump. Most of all, she cherished her dog, Shadow, who held a special place in her heart.

Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Thursday, November 20, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Webb and Rodrick Chapel in Independence. A graveside service will follow the next day at Mount Hope Cemetery, 2:00 PM on Friday, November 21,

Charlotte will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May her memory continue to bring smiles, laughter, and stories that celebrate her vibrant life.
