Mark Allen Gray, 70, of Independence KS, passed away peacefully on April 28, 2025. Born on July 27, 1954, in Fairbanks Alaska, Mark excelled as a musician, playing a candy red drum set, receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award for Live Entertainment from Class Clown Productions and Friends. Mark also loved to ride his motorcycle, a candy red 1985 Honda Magna for many years, supporting local benefits and patriot guard missions. Mark volunteered with the Red Cross a few times including Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Mark is survived by his sons; Robert (Chaille) Gray and Cody (Shayla) Gray, his Grandchildren; Ryann Gray, Christian Gray, Dayson Gray and Karson Gray and his sister; Marla McGraw. Mark was preceded in death by his Mother Mona (Robert) Molidor, and James Gray, his daughter; Marci Gray and his Brother-in-law; Greg McGraw. There will be a Graveside service on May 3, 2025, at 2:00PM at Mount Hope Cemetery in Independence Kansas. To leave a special message for the family please visit www.webbrodrickchapel.com.
