Perry Cleland

Perry Lee Cleland, age 82, of Independence, Kansas passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at home. Cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
Perry was born February 3, 1934 in Pawnee, Oklahoma to Perry David and Altha (Gibbons) Cleland. Perry was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps in 1954. On May 31, 1959 Perry married Betty Morris in Coffeyville, Kansas.
Perry was a plumber in Independence for 35 years, he owned and operated Perry's Plumbing. Perry is survived by his wife Betty of the home, two daughters, Debbie Wilkens and husband Dion of Independence, Kansas, Darla Fullerton, Coffeyville, Kansas, and two brothers, Wilber Cleland, Riddle, Oregon, and Willard Cleland, Moses Lake, Washington.
