Terri Johnson

Terri Ann Mothershed (Johnson) passed on Friday, September 2, 2016 at Coffeyville Regional Medical Center.
Terri Ann was born on January 15, 1963 in Independence, Kansas to the late Eugene Mothershed and Madelyn (Crawford) Mothershed. Terri Ann obtained her education through the Independence Public School system and graduated in May 1981. She furthered her education at Wichita State University, Wichita, Kansas. She served two years in the United States Navy. In April 2006, Terri Ann married her soulmate for life, Waylon Johnson.

Terri Ann was a very loving person with a love for her family and friends that was unmatched. She leaves to mourn her passing: her mother, Madelyn Crawford; husband, Waylon Johnson; two sons, Derrick and Dominique; her brother, Michael E. Mothershed; sister, Sarah Webb; and a host of uncles, nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 8, 2016 from 6:00 pm to 8 pm at Webb and Rodrick Chapel and Crematory in Independence, Kansas. Services will be Friday, September 9, 2016 at 11:00 am at St. John Baptist Church in Independence, Kansas with burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery.
